We began our journey working for a leading American furniture company in the mid 80's, focusing on establishing and managing direct sourcing strategies in China. During our time there, We had hands-on experience in supplier audits, negotiation, and supply chain management which provided a deep understanding of how business functions in Asia.

Having lived and worked in China, We were exposed to very diverse cultures. This led us to learn and understand not only business operations but also the importance of effective communication, customs, and nuances of conducting business in Asia.
